Beverages have a great factor to our health that helps fight other certain diseases. Water on the other hand, is very important to replenish our body. Almost every day we drink coffee and soda. Coffee for instance, contains caffeine that research has said, are good for our mind stimulation. I do not think that coffee dispels sleepiness. Perhaps, it depends on a person on how his body reacts to caffeine. In addition, there are some people who drink coffee to forbid sleep but with less effect.

Sweets can also cause health issues. Too much intake of it can mainly affect our oral hygiene. In fact, certain sweets may contain great chemical or nutrients that is perfect for our health. Under pressure, sweets can be helpful and relieves irritation. Sweets like chocolates have healthy chemical compounds that promote health profit. Too much intake of sugar from chocolates or any other sweets has said to result health conflicts. Getting glucose of 3% from sweets is very effective in having potential energy. Antioxidant components that can be found in sweets are very essential to our wellness since it gives full support in anti-aging and such diseases.
